What does sex therapy help with?
Sex therapy can help with issues such as painful sex, low sex drive, mismatched libidos’ in couples, erectile dysfunction, communication around sex. Any and all issues that you may have that are causing you issues in your sex life.
What is Sex Coaching?
Sex Coaching is where I will give you the skills to improve your sex life. Just like a trainer at the gym tells you what exercises at the gym work to get you in shape. A sex coach will tell you things you can do to help improve your sex life.
Are you LGBTQIA+ Affirming?
Yes, here at Melanin Sex Therapy I am LGBTQIA affirming. I believe that all of my clients should show up as their authentic selves.
How long will it take?
Unfortunately, this is not possible to say in a general FAQs page. Everyone’s circumstances are unique to them and the length of time counseling can take to allow you to accomplish your goals depends on your desire for personal development, your commitment, and the factors that are driving you to seek counseling in the first place.
