    Insurance

    Melanin Sex Therapy is not in network with any insurance companies. Superbills will be provided upon request for ONN benefits.

    Payment

    Credit Card and paperwork must be on file 24 hours in advance in order for me to hold the appointment. Credit cards will be charged 24 hours prior to the appointment to hold the appointment. 

    Cancellation Policy

    All no-shows/late cancels will be charged full rate of the session. I am not in network with any insurance companies.  Superbills will be provided upon request if using OON benefits.
